No web hosting is done. It's strictly designing and scripting. The client must contact their local Internet Service Provider (ISP) or a remote site like GoDaddy.com and set up an account with a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) username and password for access.
Similar to web hosting, bandwidth is not a service offered. If a client is in need of a large amount of bandwidth for whatever reason (i.e. streaming video), they should contact their ISP to purchase more bandwidth.
Some ISP's and remote sites offer e-mail addresses with the web domain. For those that offer this service, the e-mail accounts are normally very rugged, allowing only 25MB or so of inbox space. If this a concern, the client(s) will need to purchase additional features for their e-mail accounts.
